Platform Terms of Use (demo access)
Version 1.0 · Effective 2026-10-01
1. Who we are and what this covers
These terms apply to evaluation ("demo") access to the KLARED Platform offered by KLARED TECHNOLOGIES, S.L. ("KLARED"), by invitation, to people who do not have a signed SaaS License Agreement. They are separate from the Terms of Use and Legal Notice for the website (klared.com/terms), which apply to the website and to customers with a Customer Agreement, and which provide that evaluation access is governed by these terms. If you or your organisation have signed a Customer Agreement, that agreement governs your use of the Platform and prevails over these terms if there is any conflict.
2. Evaluation access
Access is granted to you personally, as a named business user invited by KLARED, only to evaluate the Platform's features. It is not transferable. You must keep your credentials confidential, and accounts must not be shared.
Demo access lasts 30 calendar days from the day your access is activated. KLARED may extend it, in writing. It does not renew automatically, it is free of charge, and it does not convert into a paid plan; paid use requires a separate Customer Agreement. KLARED may suspend or end demo access at any time, in particular where it suspects misuse or a security risk.
3. Personal data shown in the demo
The demo shows information about identified or identifiable people, compiled from public sources and licensed providers. KLARED is the controller of the personal data it makes available to you through the demo. How KLARED processes personal data is described in the Privacy Policy at https://klared.com/privacy. The people concerned can exercise their rights, including the right to object, at https://klared.com/en/privacy/requests, or by writing to privacy@klared.com.
Your acceptance of these terms is a contract between you and KLARED. It is not consent to any processing of personal data, and it is not the legal basis on which KLARED processes the data of the people shown. Whether and on what basis KLARED processes that data is a separate matter and does not depend on your acceptance.
4. What you may and may not do with the data
You may use the data shown only to evaluate the Platform, and only lawfully, in line with data protection law and these terms. You must not:
- sell, sublicense, publish or disclose the data to third parties;
- export, copy or extract personal records by any means, or use the data outside the demo;
- contact the people shown, or use the data for marketing or for any purpose other than evaluation;
- use it for employment screening, creditworthiness, eligibility or any decision with legal or similarly significant effects on a person;
- combine it with special categories of personal data;
- scrape, extract by automated means, or reverse engineer the Platform, or bypass its security measures.
Information shown may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate, and inferred relationships are estimates, not confirmed facts.
5. Evaluation only and responsibility
You are responsible for your own use of the data. The demo is provided free of charge, for evaluation only, and not for operational reliance. KLARED does not promise that it will be available without interruption or free of errors, or that it or its data is fit for operational use, and you must not rely on it for business-critical or operational decisions.
To the extent the law permits, KLARED is not liable for losses arising from use of the demo or its data outside the purposes allowed by these terms, or from reliance on it for operational purposes. Nothing in these terms limits KLARED's responsibility for its own acts or omissions, any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or the rights of the people shown under data protection law.
6. Intellectual property
The Platform and its content belong to KLARED or its licensors. No rights are granted except the right to evaluate it under these terms.
7. Changes
KLARED may update these terms. The version appears at the top of this page. Where a change is material, you will be asked to accept the new version to keep using the demo; other changes do not require you to accept again.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of A Coruña (Spain), unless mandatory law provides otherwise. In particular, where you act as a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
